Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Full-time Delivery Truck Driver who holds a valid Class 5 or 1 licence to operate out of our Nanaimo, BC branch. If you are committed to exceptional customer service, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy working efficiently, we want you on our team.
Duties & Responsibilities This role goes beyond traditional driving. As a Class 5 or 1 Delivery Truck Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Operating automatic trucks with power tailgate/railgate for direct store delivery.
- Loading trucks in the warehouse before departure.
- Conducting safe and efficient deliveries and pickups following designated routes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers on each route to understand and address their needs.
- Performing pre and post-trip inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of company-owned vehicles.
- Assisting with product and warehouse security.
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
Available Shift(s) Full-Time: 40 hours per week, starting at 7:00 am.
4 Shifts x 10 Hours Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Valid Class 5 or 1 License.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience required.
- Recent and satisfactory driver abstract.
- Safety shoes (steel-toed boots).
- Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Valid proof of SIN upon hire.
- Familiarity with Vancouver Island is an asset, given the local delivery focus.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 Hourly
