What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet performance goals.
• Implement and improve warehouse processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Optimize workflows and drive efficiency using Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, space utilization, and process enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

What You Bring

• 5 + years of proven experience managing warehouse operations in a distribution or 3PL setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and operational success
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for service excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
• Forklift certification and familiarity with material handling equipment
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and protocol
