You will be working for a US-based Healthcare company developing Software, Web, and mobile apps to solve the current needs of the company and its clients in the healthcare business in North America

We’re looking for a curious, self-driven, and collaborative UX Researcher Mixed Methods) to join our team and help us design with empathy and clarity. This is a fully remote role. As a UX Researcher, you’ll be at the heart of understanding how real people interact with our products. Using both qualitative and quantitative research methods, you’ll uncover user needs, identify opportunities, and guide product and design decisions that matter.

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in UX, user research, design research, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant education, such as a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, HCI, Anthropology, Information Science, or equivalent practical study
• Demonstrated experience conducting mixed methods research (qualitative + quantitative)
• Experience planning and conducting research independently
• Strong communication skills — able to synthesize complex findings and advocate for users
• Comfortable working self-directed in a remote team, balancing multiple projects and shifting priorities
