This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (12 hr Nights) with a 36-hour guarantee.

\n\nJob Description\n

This position is for an Adaptive Acuity Unit. Travelers may be required to provide PCU care at a 3:1 ratio, which is non-negotiable and cannot be refused. Drip experience is required.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide care to patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5.
\n
• Charge experience is required for this position.
\n
• The unit consists of 25 beds.
\n
• Must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within the scope of practice.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• 2+ years of current Med Surg/Tele experience required.
\n
• Charge experience is required.
\n
• PCU experience is strongly preferred.
\n
• Drip experience is required.
\n
• ICU experience is strongly preferred.
\n
• Minimum of 3 months previous travel experience is required.
\n
• Small critical access facility experience preferred.
\n
• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications required.
\n
• Traveler must have their own vehicle.
\n
