Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time; eligible for up to 5 hours of overtime per week
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the recruiting and onboarding process for PrimeSource Building Products. This position ensures a seamless candidate experience while maintaining compliance with all company policies and employment laws. The coordinator will assist with recruiting logistics, onboarding, background checks, and data entry to ensure smooth transitions from candidate to employee.
