We’re expanding our marketing team and are looking for a Graphic Designer to lead the way in shaping how our story is told.

• Create standout visuals across print + digital: brochures, ads, social, video, case studies, and event signage.
• Own Stubbe’s brand look and feel – ensuring consistency, professionalism, and creativity in every design.
• Partner with our marketing strategist and content team to build cohesive campaigns that showcase Stubbe’s expertise and people.
• Elevate our storytelling with motion graphics, video editing, and new design ideas.

•  5+ years of design experience (agency or in-house, construction/industrial a plus).
•  Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects.
•  Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand storytelling.
•  Video editing & motion design expertise.
•  Collaborative spirit + ability to manage multiple projects at once.
