【 Job Description 】

【Responsibilities】
Design, develop, review and release web applications using Ruby on Rails
Identifying technical issues within and outside the team, proposing and implementing solutions
Confirm specifications and respond to inquiries, including technical research, related to areas of responsibility
Collaborate with engineering managers and scrum masters to progress projects
Participate in various Scrum events held within the team
*People management and Scrum Master are not included in the duties as there are members who specialize in these areas.

【Development Environment】
Backend
- Ruby 3.1 series, Rails 7 series, RSpec, RuboCop
- MySQL 5.7, OpenAPI 3.0

Frontend
- Mobile iOS: Swift, Android: Kotlin
- SPA: Next.js, TypeScript * Will migrate from Rails, jQuery, Bootstrap SSR as needed

Infrastructure
- AWS (ECS Fargate, Aurora, RDS, S3, ElastiCache, CloudFront, etc...) GCP (partially)
- IaC: Terraform
- Logs: Datadog Logs, S3

Monitoring
- Datadog, Sentry

CI/CD
- CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Dependabot

Other
- Code management: GitHub
- Communication tools: Slack, Notion

スキル・資格

【Required】
Empathy with the company's Mission/Vision
Experience in developing and operating web applications using frameworks and RDBMS
Experience in a series of development from requirement definition, design, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance
Continuous development experience using software testing
Experience in team development using Git

【Preferred】
Experience with agile development projects in a scrum structure
Experience in product development using Ruby on Rails /Next.js / AWS
Experience in designing and improving software architecture or selecting and implementing middleware
Experience in designing and improving performance considerations when handling high volumes of traffic and data
Experience in developing mission-critical (robust and reliable systems in areas such as finance)
Experience in continuous improvement of DX (Developer Experience)
Experience improving systems based on quantified numbers
Experience visualizing data to support decision making
