Position Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee and manage a variety of client consulting projects, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and successful project outcomes. This role involves coordinating multiple initiatives, tracking progress, identifying potential risks, and addressing issues throughout the project lifecycle. Key initiatives include product implementations, marketing campaigns, and business solution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight:
  Manage and coordinate client projects, ensuring that status, action items, and risks are tracked effectively, and that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Proposal Preparation:
  Prepare clear, actionable project proposals by defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Collaborate with clients, internal managers, and functional teams to clarify project goals and expectations.

• Project Setup and Coordination:
  Lead project setup activities, including preparation of necessary contracting documents, stakeholder engagement, workplans, client data requirements, and vendor statements of work as applicable.

• Client Insights and Data Analysis:
  Conduct client interviews and analyze documentation or processes to gather insights and establish a fact base. Use data to benchmark client performance against industry standards and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Data Analytics Collaboration:
  Partner with analytics teams to leverage advanced data capabilities to generate insights that support project goals and client success.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts, engaging relevant global resources when necessary, to ensure the success of each project.

• Solution Development:
  Identify practical solutions and recommendations to address client needs, leveraging industry best practices and proven methodologies to improve performance and achieve desired outcomes.

• Presentation Design & Delivery:
  Develop and deliver impactful presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to clients and key stakeholders.
