Job Description

Michael Page is hiring an Associate Consultant or Consultant to focus on Compliance recruitment within its Banking & Financial Services division. As part of the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) team, you'll support hiring needs across banking, insurance, fintech, and asset management, while growing your expertise in financial services and recruitment.

Description

* Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, client engagement
* Build a candidate and client network within compliance functions
* Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business needs
* Partner with consultants on job briefs, interviews, and offer management
* Leverage CRM tools to manage recruitment pipelines and data

Profile

* Native-level Japanese; business-level English or strong willingness to improve
* Good Problem Solving & Communication skills
* Interest in recruitment or the financial services sector
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize
* Experience in sales, HR, recruitment, or client-facing roles is a plus
