Lead the development and execution of impactful RFP responses in a dynamic, collaborative environment.■About the companyOur client is a leading global technology company known for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence. They offer a collaborative and supportive work environment where employees are empowered to make a real difference.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be the driving force behind crafting compelling and timely responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) across the Asia-Pacific region. Working closely with pre-sales and sales teams, you'll ensure high-quality submissions that effectively showcase our client's capabilities. You'll also manage and update the online proposal platform, making it a vital resource for future RFP responses. This is a crucial role in shaping our client's success.■Main tasks include・Manage all aspects of the RFP process and workflow, prioritizing responses effectively.・Gather, format, and compose proposal drafts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.・Collaborate with other teams to efficiently assign tasks.・Develop and maintain a resource library of proposal tools and documents.・Distribute RFPs to the appropriate personnel.・Contribute to business and proposal development process improvements.This is a long-term position, but it will start with 1 month contract to evaluate performance, then rolling contact.If you are interested on this position, submit your application promptly.#LI-Hybrid

求められる経験
・Ideally, you possess 2+ years of experience in managing RFPs/RFIs.
・Experience in the EPM/CPM/Financial Reporting space and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are highly desirable.
・Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
・A working knowledge of the Qvidian platform is a plus but not required.
