As an Intermediate Estimator, you’ll play a key role in delivering solutions from concept to completion, working alongside a talented team dedicated to optimizing methods and sparking innovation throughout every project’s lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience : 3–5 years of construction estimating experience within the ICI or high-rise residential market in Canada is ideal.
• Education : Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with estimating tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel, or Procore is ideal
• Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of construction documents and building practices
• Project Expertise : Experience with takeoffs, budget proposals, and submissions for a diverse range of projects—including schools, hospitals, community centres, rental buildings, and other large-scale developments
• Communication : Strong communication skills.
