Position Summary:
Directs and coordinates activities of production department（s） in processing materials or manufacturing products or production engineering of exhaust systems including Converter Canning, mufflers, pipes and manifolds by performing the following duties personally.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plans process flow and resource requirements for new products.
• Plans resources including Equipment / tooling / part presentation / Material Handling including in process and finished goods for New products.
• Completes Equipment and Tooling specifications for New Products.
• Completes costing sheet that include capital requirement for Equipments and tooling, Material handling, labor after completing the Cycle time requirements of each process steps.
• Process Owner and responsible for Process Flow, Process FMEA, Tool design reviews, Equipment Specifications.
• Cross Functional team member for Control Plan development.
• Responsible for trouble shooting of process issues from equipment / tooling / component / sub assemblies / operations.
• Ensure the equipment / tooling is designed for Ergonomical operation for team members.
• Ensure that the equipments and tooling are built to Tenneco Machine Safety Standards.
• Responsible for Equipment selection / supplier selection for equipment and tooling, release of purchase orders for new equipment / tooling.
• Change Management Champion for all engineering changes and New product introduction.
• Responsible for Utility planning for New programs.
• Responsible for maintenance of Part Master and routing in SAP.
• Champion for Process related Continuous improvement / Lean / Kaizen activities.
• Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products.
• Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
• Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
• Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards. Develops Standard Work Instruction Sheets.
• Drive ongoing cost reduction effort

Senior Process Engineer（生産技術）：700万円 ～ 900万円
Process Engineer（生産技術）：600万円 ～ 700万円

休日休暇
土日、夏季、年末年始　年間休日125日（※閏年126日）

応募必要条件

スキル・資格

【必須（MUST）】

• Technician or technologist diploma （Mechanical） from College
• Ability to read and understand drawing, GD＆T, sections, tolerances.
• Experience in dealing with suppliers for components, tooling and consumables.
• Ability to design fixture, tooling and understand design concepts a must.
• 5－8 years of hands－on experience in supervising and coordinating shop floor activities.
• Experience in dealing with stamped parts and Welding is desirable.
• Experience in a custom sample build shops is desirable.
• Ability to understand and provide reports on measurements / inspection documents.
• Sense of urgency to meet customer deadlines and expectation on Quality.
