Our client, an industry leader in injection molding for food packaging equipment is looking for their next mold maintenance technician to join their dynamic team in Oakville, Ontario.

If you have 2+ years experience working in an injection molding environment, this could be the job for you!

Responsibilities
-Identifying damaged molds, troubleshooting and changing/insert changes of molds
-Mold PMS, reactive maintenance
-Participate in assisting the production manager with production scheduling
-Convey accurate information to the Mold Process Engineer on the overall operations
-Welding and fabricating parts
-Duties as otherwise assigned

Qualifications
-2+ years experience working in mold maintenance
-Must be knowledgeable in the use of measuring tools (micrometer, Vernier)

-Must be creative, organized self starter that can work with little or no supervision
-Must be able to work in a close co-operative environment
-Strong communication skills- both written and verbal
