Your Mission

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll take charge of developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and driving customer engagement. Your strategic mindset, hands-on approach, and data-driven decision-making will be instrumental in scaling RemitBee’s marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, content, partnerships, and events, tailored to different markets.
• Brand Awareness & Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging and increase market visibility.
• Content Planning & Development: Create and manage content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Identify, engage, and manage influencers and brand partners to amplify RemitBee's reach.
• Production of Marketing Materials: Oversee the creation of marketing materials (videos, graphics, and written content) using internal teams and freelancers.
• Market Research & Customer Segmentation: Identify growth opportunities and optimize targeting strategies.
• Team Coordination: Marketing initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and external freelancers to ensure seamless execution.
• Performance & Budget Management: Allocate budgets effectively and measure ROI for all campaigns.
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track and optimize marketing efforts.
• Lead Generation & Customer Engagement: Drive high-quality leads through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Quarterly Planning: Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs and tracking metrics.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and brand management.
• Technical Expertise: Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business and Ads Platform, and marketing automation platforms such as Moengage and analytical tools such as mixpanel.
• Content & Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft compelling marketing campaigns.
• Optimization Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to improving marketing strategies.
• Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder & Team Management: Experience collaborating with senior management, internal teams, and external freelancers.

• Intermediate Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SMM (Social Media Marketing)
• Content Marketing – Developing engaging content strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
• Email Marketing – Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms such as Moengage for automated email campaigns.
• Marketing Automation – Using automation tools to optimize customer journeys and nurture leads.
• Influencer & Partnership Marketing – Managing partnerships with influencers and affiliates to drive brand reach and engagement.

3. Technical Proficiency

• Google Analytics and Ads – Interpreting data to refine strategies and run ads
• Meta Platform and other Social Media– Knowledge of the Meta platform to help with social media marketing and ads.
• Marketing Automation Platforms – Experience with tools for email campaigns, segmentation, and analytics.
