概要

Marketing Managerと共に、アークテリクスのブランディング及びマーケティングを強力に推進し、各種マーケティングプロジェクトの成功を導くこと。

Promote Arc'teryx's branding/marketing strongly with Marketing Manager and lead the success of various marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• マーケティング プロジェクトの推進及び進捗管理 予算管理（ストアオープニングイベント ブランドキャンペーン その他GORE-TEXキャンペーンのような、ジョイントキャンペーン等々）
• Execute and manage marketing projects, control budget (Store opening event, brand campaign, other joint events like “GORE-TEX campaign”)

• 上記各種プロジェクトに付随するベンダー選定プロセスのリード及びベンダー管理 定期的なマーケティングリサーチの実施（認知度調査や消費者インタビュー等）及び付随するベンダー選定プロセスのリードや管理。
• Lead vendor selection and manage vendors accompanying to above project’s execution

• Cross Functional Team（CFT) とのコミュニケーションをリードし、マーケティングプランの社内外への周知と結果をレビューし、PDCAを推進する。
• Lead communication with Cross Functional Team (CFT), review awareness internally/externally and promote PDCA cycle.

Requirements

• リテールビジネスにおける５年以上の経験
• 5+ years of retail business

• マーケティング業務に携わる6年以上の経験
• 6+ years of marketing experience

• プロジェクトマネージメントに携わる3年以上の経験
• 3+ years of project management experience

• ビジネス・ネイティブレベルの英語能力（read/write/speak)
• Business level of English (read/write/speak)
