What You’ll Do
Depending on the role and department, you may be responsible for:
Driving business results through strategic planning, execution, and performance tracking
Collaborating cross-functionally with global and local teams
Leading or supporting key business initiatives and transformation projects
Analyzing data to generate actionable insights
Strengthening our brand and retail presence in the Japanese market
Building a culture of excellence, inclusion, and innovation
What We’re Looking For
University degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.)
3+ years of relevant professional experience (industry experience in retail/FMCG/luxury is a plus)
Strong communication skills in both Japanese (Native/Fluent) and English (Business Level)
Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth
Digital-savvy, analytical, and comfortable navigating a fast-changing environment
