Hybrid Insurance Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience representing insurance carriers in complex insurance coverage litigation, including declaratory judgment actions and contribution disputes.
- Extensive experience defending against bad faith, extra-contractual liability, and breach of contract claims.
- Proven track record of preparing comprehensive coverage opinions, managing multiple files independently, and taking a strategic role in matters
