WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Performing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on lift and material handling equipment

• Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems using schematics, diagnostic software, and technical manuals

• Completing accurate documentation using digital work order systems

• Supporting shop cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance

• Occasionally assisting with field service work as needed, based on trust and availability

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a heavy-duty or equipment mechanic, preferably in a shop environment

• Diesel and hydraulic experience, and the ability to read and interpret schematics (hydraulic and electrical)

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and independently

• A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to grow with a company

• Your own set of heavy-duty tools

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract

• Previous exposure to civil/construction equipment or the rental industry is a strong asset

• Experience with JLG, Genie, Skyjack, or OEM inspection certifications is a plus
