Job Description

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

  • Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Must-haves:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in compliance supporting audit, legal operations, or related project support roles.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Familiarity with telecom industry compliance standards is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Day-to-Day:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Project Support Consultant to join our CX organization. This team member will collaborate with cross-functional teams including audit, compliance, fraud, and legal. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance operations and project management, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and project support across compliance-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage incoming requests for information from audit, compliance, fraud, and legal teams.
  • Assist in gathering documentation, screenshots, and legal copy for regulatory and legal reviews.
  • Track and manage tasks within the compliance space, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to support audits and compliance reviews.
  • Help facilitate project workflows without owning final recommendations or strategic decisions.
