Our hospitality client is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in long-form and publication design to support our enterprise client whose creative team supports their sales and marketing teams.
This role is ideal for someone who is open to project-based work, including occasionally on nights and weekends, and enjoys working on multi-page layouts, templated proposals, and interactive presentations.
Key Responsibilities
" Design and maintain visually compelling templated proposals and sales presentations
" Create and update interactive PDFs, PowerPoint decks, and other client-facing materials
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and visual clarity across all deliverables
" Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
" Translate complex information into clean, engaging visual layouts
Deliverables Include
" Templated proposals (InDesign, PowerPoint, PDF)
" Sales presentations and pitch decks
" Interactive PDFs and digital documents
" Multi-page layouts for internal and external use
Qualifications
" 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably on B2B and marketing assets.
" Strong portfolio showcasing long-form design and multi-page layout work
" Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required
" Experience with PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
Preferred Experience
" Background in sales enablement or B2B marketing
" Familiarity with interactive PDF creation and digital publishing tools
" Experience working within brand guidelines and templated systems
