Job Summary:

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, precision, and helping teams stay compliant and efficient. You’ll be a key behind-the-scenes contributor who supports our ability to win and deliver on government contracts. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the intersection of recruiting, government contracting, and compliance.

Resume Formatting & Wordsmithing:

  • Edit and format resumes to meet specific government procurement and client requirements.
  • Enhance and wordsmith resumes to ensure clarity, professionalism, and alignment experience with job specifications.

Government Procurement Grids:

  • Assist in preparing grids and templates for government procurement processes.
  • Ensure all documentation follows government guidelines and is submitted in the proper formats.

Document Management & Compliance:

  • Organize and maintain all recruitment and compliance-related documents to ensure they are easily accessible.
  • Track and ensure compliance with government standards for all documentation and contracts.
  • Regularly review and update documentation to remain compliant with any changes in regulations or government standards.

General Administrative Support:

  • Provide support to the team with administrative tasks related to documentation and compliance.
  • Assist with audits or other compliance-related reviews as needed.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience or coursework in business writing or technical writing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of documents.
  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and familiarity with document management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
