Who are you?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly professional to join our team as a  Document Controller with 5+ years experience. You will be required to be at least 3 days on-site

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Management: Organize, index, and securely store company documents in a centralized system for easy access and retrieval.
• Compliance: Ensure documentation meets regulatory, industry, and company standards through regular audits and updates.
• Version Control: Maintain accurate revision histories and implement protocols to track changes and ensure document integrity.
• Collaboration: Work with departments to align document workflows with organizational goals and improve efficiency.
• System Implementation: Evaluate and optimize document control systems; support deployment, training, and ongoing maintenance.
• Reporting: Generate reports on document control performance, highlighting KPIs and recommending improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in document control or related roles.
• Certification in project management or advance knowledge in construction
• Experience in document management systems and system implementation projects.
• Familiarity with ISO standards or other regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in relevant software tools.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
