Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our Japan office operations through a diverse role spanning administration, customer support, and accounting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, international environment and is comfortable handling a variety of tasks across business functions.

Description

* Coordinate office operations including procurement, vendor management, and general facility support
* Manage internal documentation, contracts, and scheduling for management and team meetings
* Handle inquiries from customers and partners via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate closely with the logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth customer experience
* Assist with daily accounting operations including invoice processing and expense management

Profile

* Proven experience in administrative or similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
* Proficiency in Japanese and English communication
* Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
