Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting policies
• Ensure compliance with international tax and financial regulations
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Operations, and other departments

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Deep understanding of accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Business level Japanese and English
