Responsibilities
In this Accounting Clerk role in North York, you will have the following benefits:

- Processing and coding vendor invoices, expense reports, and cheque requests accurately and efficiently.
- Managing the full cycle of accounts payable, including reconciliation of vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Generating customer invoices and processing cash receipts for timely collection.
- Monitoring and maintaining the Accounts Receivable aging report and actively following up on overdue accounts.
- Investigating and processing complex Trade Deduction claims received from major retail and distribution partners.
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures, including journal entry preparation and reconciliations as required.
- Maintaining organized and comprehensive financial records and files, adhering to internal control policies.

Qualifications
We are looking for the following for this Accounting Clerk role located in North York:
- A post-graduate diploma or degree in either business administration or accounting is required.
- Previous accounting experience within the CPG Manufacturing industry is required.
- Experience with SAP is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience processing and posting invoices.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is required.
- Strong communication is required for this role.
