業務内容
- Oversee IT Costs & Vendors: Take charge of cost and vendor management for the operation and maintenance of information systems under the service execution group.- Facilitate Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal business divisions and various departments. This includes preparing planning materials, presenting proposals for approval, driving project execution, reporting progress, and suggesting improvements.- Manage SAP Systems: Handle the operation and maintenance of our essential SAP core business systems.

求められる経験
- System Project Experience: You have experience with new system builds or modifications in business applications, including defining requirements.

- IT Fundamentals: A solid grasp of IT basics and experience across the development lifecycle (function design, database design, programming – just being able to read and understand code is fine – and testing).

- Japanese Proficiency: If Japanese isn't your native language, you'll need JLPT N1 level Japanese ability.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- SAP Expertise: 3+ years in SAP implementation, maintenance, and operation, with strong knowledge of standard SAP basic module functions and the ability to investigate them.

- SAP Certification: Certification in a specific SAP module (e.g., SD/MM/PP, FI/CO, BASIS).

- ITIL Experience: Experience designing or managing system operations that follow ITIL best practices.
