You will also be the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and providing technical support to customers. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・7+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration with a focus on storage and high availability solutions.
・Expert knowledge of Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, SAN/NAS technologies, and backup technologies (VSS).
・Experience with Windows Server 2008 through 2019.
・Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
・Experience working with global customers in a support role.
