Job Description

Kelly’s customer, located in Oakville, ON, is looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Optimize warehouse operations
• Oversee inbound receiving and inventory organization, inventory management and discrepancies, and general operations including picking, packing, shipping
• Lead and coordinate warehouse team
• Track performance, identify and improve issues, conduct employee reviews
• Train and maintain familiarity with Ontario Health and Safety Requirements and coordinate with HSR employee(s)
• Other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong leadership, organization, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
• Team player who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help out anywhere in the warehouse
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Skilled in word processing and email management
• Comfortable navigating MS Windows operating system
• Certified to use Walkie Stacker machinery at minimum
• Available to conduct Inventory one weekend, twice per year
• Standing, walking, and lifting to 50 lbs.

PERKS:

• 40-hour work week Monday to Friday
• Salary ranges from $65k – 75k
