Job Description

On behalf of our retained client, The STORY Group is recruiting for a newly created Warehouse Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting timely project delivery.
• Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and develop warehouse associates, ensuring tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
• Project Support: Work closely with project managers and site teams
• Workflow Optimization: Continuously streamline warehouse processes to improve efficiency, space utilization, and accuracy while reducing operational costs.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards in receiving, staging, and dispatch to ensure products are handled, stored, and shipped in a way that preserves integrity and client satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing warehouse and inventory budgets, controlling expenses, and optimizing resource allocation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role in logistics and distribution
