Overview Position Summary: Achieve Financial Credit Union is in search of a VP of Finance/Chief Financial Officer to join their executive team. Reporting to the CEO, this position will direct the financial affairs establishing economic, financial objectives, and polices for the credit union. This includes overseeing investment portfolio, preparing financial reports, annual planning and operating budgets, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely completion of financial and accounting records, and preparing analysis of operations for management. Other responsibilities include directing and overseeing the operations of the Accounting/Finance, Information Technology and Security, and Vendor Management. Responsibilities Direct and oversee financial planning, reporting, and accounting activities; establish economic and financial objectives and policies for the credit union; oversee investment portfolio; prepare financial reports; lead annual planning and operating budgets; ensure complete, accurate, and timely financial and accounting records; prepare analyses of operations for management; direct and supervise Accounting/Finance, Information Technology and Security, and Vendor Management operations. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting with five to ten years of related experience is required.
