Health & Safety Director
🚨 We’re Hiring: Health & Safety Director – Canada
📍 Toronto, ON (with regional travel)
We’re looking for a Health & Safety Director to lead programs and initiatives across Canada. This is a key leadership role with a strong focus on Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention, compliance, and building a culture of accountability and care.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and develop a team of safety professionals
- Drive SIF prevention strategies and ensure critical controls are in place
- Partner with leaders to analyze risks and implement corrective actions
- Oversee audits, training, and compliance across regional operations
- Use data insights to improve safety outcomes and reduce workplace risks
What we’re looking for:
- 8–10 years of health & safety experience (with leadership exposure)
- CRSP designation (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety management systems and high-risk hazard controls
- Experience in construction, service, or other high-risk industries is a plus
