Looking for a Project Manager with 5-7 years of experience in managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.

We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager to take on the responsibilities of leading our dedicated Agile Teams. You'll interface with everyone from project leads, to team members, to business units as you deliver various simultaneous project initiatives.

What You Will do

  • Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely value delivery; organize and lead project status and working meetings.
  • Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments,
  • Removing roadblocks to their work;
  • Leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
  • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear and promote empowerment of the team
  • Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
  • Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives

What You Have

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams
  • PMP Certification is a plus
  • Agile Scrum Master certification (CSM, PMI-ACP) is a MUST-HAVE
  • Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects is a plus.
  • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 20-35 team members, including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel
