Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and text regarding their solar journey.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Take ownership of both individual and collaborative tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, liaising with other departments as needed for technical issues and coordinating on-site visits.
  • Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy, installation procedures, and ongoing maintenance for a seamless and informed experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in customer service, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Organized with attention to detail
Requirements:
  • This position is required to work in the Lindon, UT corporate office.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
  • This is a full-time position.
  • Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace).
