Senior Product Manager

Sage Recruiting is partnering with a well-funded fintech startup that’s building a new Multi-Asset Financial Platform. Our client's innovative product empowers B2B partners to build their own solutions or adapt one of the client’s SaaS offerings as their own. By offering intuitive tools, our client aims to make financial management easy and enjoyable.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in improving, integrating, developing, and launching a new B2B Wealth Platform. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for solving complex problems to work on the full-stack infrastructure of a multi-asset wealth offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Lead the development of product features and modules with a focus on onboarding and transaction monitoring.
  • Optimize features for user experience, performance, and scalability, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize development efforts.
  • Establish standards for integrations with various wealth and brokerage systems, ensuring seamless interaction and compliance.
  • Drive the development of alternative assets to serve other wealth businesses.
  • Participate actively in product reviews, offering constructive feedback to enhance the overall product quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to refine the product development process continuously.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience in B2B enterprise fintech.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a flexible and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of transforming ambiguous requirements into clear product specifications.
  • High agency and execution-focused, with a drive to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
  • Experience in finance, investing, and regulation tech.
  • Knowledge of the banking space and familiarity with compliance and transaction monitoring systems.
