The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who excels in digital design, creative storytelling, and multi-platform execution. This role drives the visual identity of our digital presence—across web, mobile, social, paid campaigns, email, and YouTube content. You’ll collaborate with our Senior Art Director and Content Team to deliver high-impact visuals that elevate our brands and campaigns.

This role does not involve UX, VR, or game design.

What You’ll Do

Digital Design & Campaign Execution

• Produce polished digital assets for social, web, email, ads, YouTube thumbnails, and marketing campaigns.
• Design visuals that follow defined strategies, objective-driven creative briefs, and established brand standards.
• Create designs that are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for performance.

Visual Storytelling

• Collaborate with writers and marketers to translate ideas into visuals that communicate clearly, creatively, and on brand.
• Push creative boundaries through typography, layout, motion-inspired graphics, and current design trends.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with the Senior Art Director, and Content Team to bring multi-platform campaigns to life.
• Communicate proactively, manage deadlines, and juggle multiple digital projects with clarity and precision.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in digital graphic design with a strong, modern portfolio.

• Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma .

• Expertise designing for web, social, mobile, and paid media.

• Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, and digital design trends.

• Experience with responsive design , mobile optimization, and digital-first workflows.

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.

• Excellent communication and the ability to pitch ideas clearly.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and passionate about great design.
