The Senior Carrier Commissions Revenue Analyst plays a key role in processing all incoming cash from the company's carrier partners. This role supports the proper establishment of policy-level responsibilities for carrier commissions and related performance bonuses and establishes the process of reviewing, reconciling and maximizing carrier commission cash receipts. Responsibilities include creating templates in Alteryx to be used for uploading sales commissions into HPOne's finance system, analyzing incoming payments from carriers to ensure appropriate allocation of cash received and preparing audit reports to reach out to Insurance Carriers, both in writing and verbally to resolve commission statement issues that arise when processing templates.

Duties/Responsibilities: - Responsible for pulling commission statements for each payment received via emails, carrier portals, and FTP sites
- Create Alteryx templates for commission statements
- Analyze and accurately apply commission payments at an assigned Carrier level in workflow templates to be applied to Workday invoices split between new and renewal cash
- Follow up with carriers for missing commission information/statements
- Responsible for creating and updating audit reports to engage with assigned Carrier(s) and operations teams to recover any underpayment of carrier commissions
- Maintain and update commission matrices at assigned Carrier level
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 3 years of commissions, accounts payable, or other relevant experience
- Advanced excel experience including VLOOKUP, macros, pivot tables and basic formulas
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Skills/Abilities: - Experience working with Workday, Alteryx and/or other related technology
Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
