UiPathではシニアビジネスデベロップメント担当者としてパイプラインの成長とビジネスチャンスの発掘を担う重要な役割を果たしていただきます本ポジションでは潜在的な顧客との最初の接点をつくりUiPathが業界でリーダーシップを発揮するための土台を築いていただきます

主な業務内容

• 新規顧客の発掘電話メールSNSなどを活用してアプローチ

• インバウンドおよびアウトバウンドリードの精査と営業チームへの引き渡し

• 顧客とのヒアリングを通じたニーズの把握

• 営業リーダーと連携し戦略的なアカウントターゲットの策定

• CRMシステムへの活動記録とデータ管理

• マーケティングチームとの連携によるアウトリーチキャンペーンの実施

• UiPathのソリューションや競争優位性を学び顧客へ価値を効果的に伝達

• KPIの達成例アプローチ件数ミーティング設定数商談創出数

• トレーニングやフィードバックを通じたスキル向上

求める人物像スキル

• 営業やビジネスデベロップメントまたは顧客対応業務の経験13年

• SaaSやテクノロジー分野での経験があれば尚良し

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力口頭および文章

• 新しいツールや技術を迅速に学ぶ意欲

• 主体性粘り強さ責任感を持った方

• CRMツール例Salesforceの使用経験があれば尚良し

• 優れたタイムマネジメント能力

• フィードバックを受け入れ成長を目指すマインドセット
