The Security Governance Lead will play a critical role in overseeing governance and management information within the technology department of the financial services industry. This position, based in Tokyo, requires a strong focus on ensuring compliance and driving operational efficiency.

Description

* Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
* Oversee the production and analysis of management information to support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to align governance initiatives with business objectives.
* Monitor and report on the performance of technology governance processes.
* Drive continuous improvement within governance and MI practices.
* Ensure effective communication of key performance indicators and risk metrics to senior leadership.
* Support the development of policies and procedures within the technology department.
* Act as a point of contact for governance-related queries and initiatives.

Profile
