Flexibility is key, as your schedule will be determined each morning based on operational needs and your availability. You may experience a brief waiting period between your hiring date and your start date, but our team will keep you updated through text communication every step of the way.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and during holidays based on business demands.
• A valid driver’s license for your state, with proof required.
• A personal vehicle that meets the specified requirements.
• No previous experience required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Commitment to following UPS appearance guidelines.

Vehicle requirements: Proof of these items will be requested:

• Current vehicle registration.
• State minimum required insurance.
• Vehicle weight must be under 10,000 pounds. If it's a truck, it must have a securely covered bed.
• No company logos or signage is permitted on the vehicle.
• Vehicles must be free of bumper stickers, political stickers, or offensive markings.
