業務内容
- Lead and manage IT initiatives for the Japan region, contributing to global projects.- Design and implement optimal system layouts, construction policies, and configurations aligned with business needs.- Oversee cost and vendor management for the group's information systems operations and maintenance.- Drive cost reduction efforts and enhance IT efficiency through strategic planning and execution.- Collaborate extensively with internal business divisions and various departments, preparing proposals, facilitating approvals, overseeing project execution, reporting progress, and suggesting improvements.- Manage the operation and maintenance of our core SAP business system.

求められる経験
- Project Leadership: Proven experience in project management or as a team lead.

- System Development: Experience with new system builds or modifications in business applications, including upstream processes like requirements definition.

- Technical Acumen: Foundational IT knowledge and experience across the development lifecycle, including function design, database design, programming (ability to read/understand code is sufficient), and testing.

- SAP Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in SAP implementation, maintenance, and operation, with a certification in a specific SAP module (e.g., SD/MM/PP, FI/CO, BASIS). You should possess strong knowledge of standard SAP basic module functions and the ability to investigate them.

- Language Skills: If not a native Japanese speaker, JLPT N1 Japanese proficiency is required.
