Job Description

As a Technical Sales Support Engineer, you will act as the technical backbone of our sales team, providing pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution delivery. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and sales teams to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during customer engagements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Analyse customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Support the preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and quotations.
  • Liaise with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
  • Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and technical workshops.
  • Quality Control of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic valve
  • Sales of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic valve
  • Purchasing
  • Market research
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales support, application engineering, or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of hydraulic components or systems (read drawing, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.

  • Experience working in a multinational or industrial B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience to work with Agricultural, Forklift and Construction Equipment companies
