Job Description

Role Purpose
Deliver engaging, compliant on-site safety training and operator competencies.
Preferably contribute to business growth through client engagement, new ideas, and product development.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver on-site safety training courses (minimum: Fall Protection,   Rescue, Confined Space, FIT, Rigging).
-Prepare lesson materials, training equipment, and certification records.
-Ensure compliance with provincial and federal safety standards.
-Build strong client relationships to support repeat bookings.
-Identify opportunities for new services or improvements in training delivery.
Qualifications
-Certified as a safety trainer.
-At least 10 years combined field, safety, and training experience.
-Industrial work experience strongly preferred.
-Strong communication skills with confidence leading a group.
-Competent with basic digital tools (email, presentation software, online platforms).
-Reliable, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Schedule & Flexibility
-This is an on-site contract role  training happens at client locations, not in a classroom facility.
-Work is scheduled based on client demand, with opportunities for both steady and seasonal bookings.
-Travel within Saskatchewan is required.
