  • Act as a subject matter expert and resource for compliance-related inquiries across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or auditing, preferably within alcohol, tobacco, or gaming sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of OLG, LCBO, and Tobacco Control Act regulations.
  • Experience conducting field audits and implementing compliance controls.
  • Proven ability to deliver training and provide coaching in a retail or multi-unit environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Must hold a valid G driver’s license and be willing to travel regularly within the Greater Toronto Area (approx. 50%).

Preferred Certifications:

  • CannServe and/or Store Serve Certification

Additional Information:

  • Education: Post-secondary education preferred.
  • This is an onsite role based out of Mississauga, with travel to 37+ store locations.
  • The client offers a stable work environment with the opportunity to make a significant impact in operational compliance and training.

If you are proactive, compliance-focused, and ready to take ownership of regulatory adherence across a multi-site retail operation, we want to hear from you!
