Research & Development Director (PFAS Remediation)

CSG Talent are collaborating with a start-up in the PFAS technology space to identify a key leadership hire to operate as the businesses Research & Development Director, leading a lean group of engineers and scientists to lead product enhancement and formulating optimised approaches for select clients.

Our client's product is solely focused on PFAS destruction for both municipal and industrial applications. With early industry buzz and market research displaying the technology to be both cost effective and yields outstanding results.

Day to day overview:

• Leading the team to achieve strategic goals for solution development and commercial deployment
• Developing and implementing research strategies aligned with company objectives
• Directing the design, testing, and implementation of new products or processes
• Structuring the development of new processes/technologies and/or enhancements to existing portfolio from hypothesis ideation through testing and to commercial-scale implementation

The ideal person:

• Proven experience in a R&D or Technical Leadership role relevant to PFAS
• Chemistry or Engineering background
• Someone with a desire to grow a business
