Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex software delivery programs and build long-term client partnerships. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on delivery oversight.

• Develop a deep understanding of client business goals and align services to their strategic objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery, resource efficiency, and governance.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve success.
• Manage financials, utilization, and forecasts to ensure profitability.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex software projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, roadmaps, and program teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
