Our Ideal Candidate

Reporting to the VP, Field Services, t he Project Delivery Manager will oversee the execution and completion of projects while leading a team of professionals. This role is key to driving revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction at Allnorth. You’ll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and on budget — making a direct impact on Allnorth’s continued success.

A Day in the Life

  • Plan and forecast project resource needs.
  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control for the PDG.
  • Communicate with leadership and support strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide team members, resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration.
  • Work closely with HR and project leaders on talent development, performance management, and ensuring the right skills are in place to deliver successful projects.
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize divisional performance.
  • Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, reporting, and change management processes.
  • Support project recovery planning when required.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Diploma of Technology or a B. Eng is an asset.
  • 10+ years of progressive responsibility in project, or construction management.
  • Proven leadership in engineering and project delivery with a strong track record of success.
  • Ability to inspire, delegate effectively, and develop people while aligning with Allnorth’s leadership principles.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills with a focus on effective, economic solutions.
  • Experience on mining projects is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (50%+).
