Private School Hiring Accounting student as Schedule Admin (Part Time, Full year, 15 hours a week) Queen Elizabeth Academy is a private tutoring school accredited by the Ministry accredited school located in Mississauga. We have 300+ students and 38+ tutors / staff in our school.
Currently we are seeking Scheduling Admin personnel.
Tasks include
- Scheduling
- ROE
- Remittance
- Accounts Receivable / Invoicing 300+ clients
This candidate will work on site or online. Our premise is located 20 minutes from UTM on bus route.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain credible experience, as many of our admin / tutors / teachers have successfully transitioned into the next steps in their career. A few of our staff obtained full time position in EY, KPMG, CRA, and Bay St firms, using our school as reference.
Qualifications required:
- upper year student major in accounting (working towards CPA preferred)
- work experience in scheduling for staff and clients
- meticulous, attention to details.
