・生産設備の安定稼働を維持するための定期メンテナンス（プロセスチャンバー パーツ交換/クリーニング/グリスアップ、薬液フィルター交換）のスケジューリングや人員配置のコントロール
・定期メンテナンスパーツの在庫管理
・定期メンテナンス手順の最適化および標準書類の作成や改定
・定期メンテナンス作業のサポートおよび作業員の力量向上のためのOJT
・製造業における、生産設備の保守や予防保全業務の経験
・関係部署や設備メーカーなどとの連携を取りながら円滑に業務を進められるコミュニケーション能力
・現状に満足しない、強い改善意欲と向上心
・12時間の2交替勤務が可能
・半導体生産設備の設備保全業務の経験
