PIPING DRAFTERS / JR DESIGNERS NEEDED (2-3 POSITIONS)
Location: BAYTOWN, TX
Duration: 5 + Years (Long term contract role)
Pay Rate: $45-65/hour
** S3D / AUTOCAD, ISOMETRIC DRAWING / ***CREATING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A valid TWIC is required or the ability to obtain one.
Job Description:
Generate detailed drawings of components and assemblies from layouts and working designs using AutoCAD and S3D.
Interpret verbal or written instructions to initiate and complete preliminary designs.
Collect and integrate reference drawings and technical data from multiple sources.
Design/Revise Piping Isometrics and equipment layouts based on PFDs and P&IDs.
Review and check designs and drawings for project fit and constructability.
Coordinate with onsite Engineers/Senior Designers
Revise and update documents to reflect engineering changes.
Create and finalize drawing packages for IFA, IFB, IFC, IDC, and As-Built stages in accordance with company standards.
Build and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings
Revise smart S3D models and detailed fabrication drawings including isometrics, general arrangements, and instrumentation diagrams.
