Dayforce Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Dayforce Super User or Specialist for a critical, time-sensitive business process review project focused on improving our client’s employee onboarding process.
This role requires deep, practical knowledge of the Dayforce HCM platform to inform and drive process standardization and technical efficiency. The goal is to quickly (within 30 days) review the current state of our onboarding—from requisition to employee start and then to time-to-revenue—and recommend specific Dayforce automations and improvements for implementation in a timely manner.
Estimated duration is 30 days 8-10 hours per week.
